    dec 2 12 5p. mad at dog again. didnt do tonglen. just slowing down w/o taking and sending. now tonglening. making sense. ok now in the moment. the mendoza trip. i drive up there to rochester frisbee w. director of gero..2 guage decline. does that make sense.
